Fractional Ownership in commercial and hospitality properties
Resort Investments, including options with rental income
Residential, Commercial, and Land Plots for purchase or investment

Invest Properties does not accept or process payments on behalf of developers or investors. All financial transactions such as booking amounts or installments must be made directly to the official accounts of respective builders or property developers. Invest Properties does not act as an intermediary for such payments and holds no responsibility for payment-related disputes or issues.
5. Disclaimer of Ownership
Invest Properties does not own or control any of the properties listed on its platform. All listings belong to third-party developers or sellers. Our role is limited to offering promotional and advisory support. Any agreements or transactions are strictly between the user and the property developer or seller.
